YELLOW RIVER DALES

We are the Wilcox's. After we lost our beloved Winston (an English Bulldog) we waited sometime before we thought we were ready for another dog in our lives. Our family was so fortunate in those dogless years to move to a home that has 31 acres, so when the time was right to welcome a new member of our family we searched and searched what breed was going to fit best with our lifestyle. After much research and recomendations,  Elsa entered our lives! Our wonderful airedale terrier that we cannot imagine our lives without.  We drove 8+hours in a Michigan/Ohio polar vortex to get her in the dead of winter -what were we thinking! We were thinking we couldn't wait a moment longer to get our pup that would be a companion and protector for our children, an active dog to keep up on my husband's walks/hunts and not make any extra house work for me trying to keep up with shedding!
